The eight steps that would lead to Samadhi are :
Yama : Self-control
Niyama : Strict observance of character
Asanas : Body postures
Pranayama : Breathing exercises, and control of prana
Pratyahara : Withdrawal from sense-desires
Dharana : Concentration on an object
Dhyana : Meditation on the Divine
Samadhi : Union with the Divine

Samadhi is the state where, “I”, with who, you identified so many lives, disappear.

Life in the world, and life in the spirit, are not incompatible.Work, or action is not contrary to knowledge of God, but indeed, if performed without attachment, is a means to it. On the other hand, renunciation is renunciation of the ego, of selfishness-not of life.The end, both of work and of renunciation, is to know the Self within and Brahman without, and to realize their identity.The Self is Brahman, and Brahman is all.
Qi and Qigong classes
Qigong (or chi kung) is a traditional form of Chinese healing that uses breathing, meditation, massage and exercise. Dating back over 5,000 years, qigong (pronounced chee-GONG) is the grandfather of all Chinese energy cultivation techniques including tai chi. Its use can help prevent and treat disease while restoring overall vitality.
"Qi" is life’s vital energy or life force and "gong" is the act of cultivating energy. Qigong, as is all Chinese medicine, is based on the belief that the body remains healthy when "energy" travels freely through various internal paths called meridians, channels and collaterals. When obstructions occur disease results. Practicing qigong helps qi flow freely maintaining good health.
